Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers, assist with locating items, and ensure their needs are met throughout the shopping experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and collaborating across departments to deliver excellent service. This role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer (minimum 6 months).
• Experience using common retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic ability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
