Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers across departments, assist with locating items, and support daily store operations to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood cutting) per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
