Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement in our store. You will answer questions, assist with merchandise locating, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the shopping experience.

Part-time role with flexible schedules and opportunities to grow. You will gain exposure to various departments and contribute to a positive in-store environment while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties; lift up to 25 lbs unaided or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer needs.
• Cross-train in other areas to support the store’s customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
