Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. You will welcome customers, help them find and choose products for home improvement, and ensure excellent service throughout the shopping experience.

You’ll interact with customers most of the day, assist with locating items, processing orders, and supporting multiple departments as needed. This role offers flexible schedules and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment by identifying empty areas on shelves and restocking
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut pipe, cut wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
