Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. The role offers part-time hours with the chance to grow within the store and participate in benefit programs.

You will assist with locating merchandise, answer questions, and handle checkout duties, while staying attentive to store standards and customer needs throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
