Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in the United States to greet customers and help them find the right home improvement solutions. You will engage with customers throughout the day, assist with product selection, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

As a part-time role, you will be part of a team that supports store operations, may assist with stocking, checkout, and cross-training across departments, and participate in training to grow skills and service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
