Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement projects. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and provide professional service throughout your shift.

The role involves locating merchandise, stocking shelves, and processing orders or deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment. A flexible, customer-first mindset is essential for success in this busy retail environment.

Qualifications

Experience delivering customer service in a retail environment.
Ability to use a computer and retail tech to assist customers.
Bi-lingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
Guide customers through shopping or checkout
Complete other duties as assigned
