Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You’ll interact with customers, stock and organize merchandise, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Responsibilities span welcoming customers, answering questions, locating items, and cross-training in various departments to deliver outstanding service. Part-time role with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
