Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying data)
• Experience with retail devices (phones, tablets)
• Customer service skills and communication
• Bilingual abilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery or pickup
• Assist in other store areas to support service quality
• Guide customers through checkout and ongoing shopping experience
• Perform other duties as assigned
