Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet and assist customers, helping them find the right products for home improvement projects. You will engage with customers, guide them through selections, and ensure orders and deliveries are processed accurately and on time.

In this role you may move between departments, assist with stocking, and provide friendly, efficient service to drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy including inputting and retrieving information.
• Experience using common retail devices (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves by replenishing items and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Support other store areas as needed to ensure great customer service.
