Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement. This part-time in-store role emphasizes friendly service, merchandising, and efficient checkout support.

You will work across departments as needed, assisting with product location, loading merchandise when required, and ensuring customer needs are met with a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months experience using a computer.
• Must have at least 6 months experience using common retail technology (e.g., smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut/bundle materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
