Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement needs. You’ll interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met while contributing to a team-oriented store environment.

Daily tasks include locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and assisting across departments as needed. A friendly attitude and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service in a retail environment.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to deliver the best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/paint, cut/sell items) based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
