Job summary

Lowe's in Massachusetts is hiring a Customer Service Associate to assist customers with product selection and home-improvement needs. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and help locate items across departments, while maintaining friendly service throughout your shift.

You will support stock, process orders, and occasionally assist in other areas to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This role offers part-time hours and on-site work.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service goals.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds) per needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
