• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent data entry and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers via in person, telephone, email, or the web.
• Communicate clearly with on-the-road employees to give instructions and assistance.
• Answer incoming and make outgoing customer calls.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns within established guidelines.
• Track customer information and enter data into database.
