Enterprise Holdings' Enterprise Mobility division is hiring a Greeter at MSP. The role delivers friendly, efficient service during the rental process, assists Emerald Aisle members, and helps customers with directions and vehicle selections.

The position at St. Paul Minneapolis International Airport pays $17.50 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, health and life insurance, 401k with matching, and employee rental discounts; schedule includes Tue-Sun with shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the facility and assist with directions.
• Direct customers to exits, provide local directions and maps, and give return directions.
• Maintain Emerald Aisle and ensure a clean, organized fleet area.
• Assist members with questions to minimize counter visits and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain a regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other customer service related duties as assigned.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Greeter.The Greeter will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.

This position pays $17.50 / hour and the position is located at the St. Paul Minneapolis International Airport (MSP) - 4901 Glumack Dr. Saint Paul, MN 55111.

• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: 12:00pm to 8:30pm
• Wednesday: 12:00pm to 8:30pm
• Thursday: 12:00pm to 8:30pm
• Friday: 12:00pm to 8:30pm
• Saturday: 12:00pm to 8:30pm
• Sunday: OFF

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Work proactively with shuttlers, auto detailers, return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply
• Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot
• Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable
• Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits
• Communicate customer service issues to management
• Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly
• Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements
• Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness
• Thank member for their business
• Provide upgraded vehicles on request
• Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
