National Car Rental is hiring a Greeter at the Indianapolis Airport (7801 Col H Weir Cook Mem Dr, Suite 151). You will welcome members, assist with the Emerald Aisle rental process and direct customers to service points to ensure quick transactions.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service retail or administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with Emerald Aisle and overall rental process.
• Direct customers to exit booth and provide directions as needed.
• Answer questions to minimize counter visits and ensure efficient service.
• Maintain Emerald Aisle and keep fleet clean and well-presented.
• Ensure all hangtag and rental paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

The Greeter will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient. This position pays $16 / hour and is located at the Indianapolis Airport - 7801 Col H Weir Cook Mem Dr, Suite 151, Indianapolis, IN 46241.

We Have The Following Schedules Available

• Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday 7:00am to 4:00pm (Off Sunday/Thursday)
• Thursday - Monday: 7:00am to 4:00pm (Off Tuesday/Wednesday)
• Monday/Thursday/Friday: 12:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday/Sunday: 2:00pm to 11:00pm (Off Tuesday/Wednesday)
• Sunday - Thursday: 5:00pm to 1:00am (Off Friday/Saturday)
• Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Sunday: 5:00pm to 1:00am (Off Monday/Saturday)

Responsibilities

• Work proactively with shuttlers, auto detailers, return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply
• Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot
• Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable
• Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits
• Communicate customer service issues to management
• Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly
• Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements
• Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness
• Thank member for their business
• Provide upgraded vehicles on request
• Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
