Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II for our store. You will support daily operations, assist customers, and help with merchandising while delivering a clean, welcoming environment. You will be cross-trained to handle cash register duties and front-end tasks as needed.

We value a friendly, proactive teammate with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and committed to integrity and customer care in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred in related sectors.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer support.
• Support cash register operations and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
