Job summary

Dollar Tree in Montrose, PA is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to helping customers. You will be cross-trained to assist at the cash register and switch to front-end duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior retail or service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. This is a part-time role with a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience in a customer-facing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to helping customers.
