Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations at our Lewistown, PA location. You will help with merchandising, customer service, and front-end duties, ensuring a clean and welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires reliable interpersonal skills, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Prior customer service in retail or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer assistance.
• Support cash register duties and front-end tasks as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise, stock, and maintain clean, presentable store areas including bathrooms.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
