Job summary

Dollar Tree in Frazer, PA is seeking a part‑time Customer Service Associate II to support store operations and guest experiences. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and cleaning while cross-training at the front end and cash register to help peers as needed.

The role focuses on delivering a friendly, safe, and efficient shopping environment and requires strong customer service, basic math, and reliable teamwork. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Clean and restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
