Job summary

Dollar Tree in Montgomeryville, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers at the register. You’ll maintain a clean, welcoming environment and be cross-trained to cover front-end duties as needed.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner per productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
