Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations at our Lewistown, PA location. You will assist with merchandising, help customers, and cross-train for front-end duties, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to handle cash transactions. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail environment at a part-time, on-site store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and front-end duties.
