Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support the store leadership by performing a range of tasks that keep the shop safe, clean, and customer-focused. You will handle food service, operate the register, and assist customers with product selection.

This role emphasizes friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism to build brand loyalty. You will maintain inventory, follow safety procedures, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and overtime

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.
• Prior experience in food service and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate the register, scan and bag items, manage payment methods, and ensure drawer balance at shift end.
• Follow ID verification laws when selling age-restricted products.
• Assist customers at assisted checkout terminals and prevent theft.
• Support customers with purchases requiring staff assistance, such as tobacco or lottery items.
• Handle fuel transactions and monitor fuel court activity.
• Prepare all made-to-order food and beverages per recipe or customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and product availability.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Restock products and maintain fully stocked shelves.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintain a safe, organized work area.
