Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.

• Must be able to learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers, deliver outstanding service.
• Operate the register, scan and bag items, manage payments and fuel cards, and ensure drawer balance at shift end.
• Follow ID verification laws when selling age-restricted products (alcohol or tobacco).
• Assist customers with purchases requiring staff help, such as tobacco, lottery, or items behind the counter.
• Handle fuel transactions and monitor activity.
• Prepare to-order food and beverages per recipe, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Restock products and check expiration codes to remove expired items.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; report unsafe conditions to leadership.
