Job summary

Penske Vehicle Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support for the Honda account at the client Service Center. The role combines customer service with general office functions such as answering calls, running reports, and reconciling financials.

The position involves supporting daily office tasks, preparing vehicle/service center reports, and assisting management with ongoing metrics, trends, and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical abilities and computer skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily office functions including customer service, financial reconciliation, and fleet analytics.
• Prepare monthly reports on vehicle inventories, sales, budgets, etc.
• Support management with daily/weekly/monthly reporting (metrics, trends, forecasts, reconciliation).
• Process company and associate vehicles from American Honda and ensure budget accuracy for lease orders/exceptions and imputed income/payments.
• Assist with customer service for Purchase Programs and business travel needs.
