Fisher Honda-Kia is seeking a proactive individual to enhance customer service and sales activities. You will set appointments for early trade opportunities and for selling Vehicle Service Contracts, and you will meet customers in the service drive to assist with their needs.

You will also arrange the purchase of a client’s current vehicle for the pre-owned operation and reach out to inactive customers to re-engage them.

Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiastic approach to customer interactions.
• Experience with call volume environments preferred.
• Experience with calling scripts preferred.
• Demonstrates a teachable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer/typing skills required for daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Set appointments with customers to discuss early trade opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for selling Vehicle Service Contracts.
• Meet customers in the service drive to engage and assist.
• Arrange the purchase of a client’s current vehicle for pre-owned operations.
• Reach out to customers who haven’t visited since their initial purchase to re-engage them.
• Contact customers with pending mileage penalties to help preserve CSI standings.
