Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of customer service, sales support, administrative, or related experience.
• Strong telephone, email, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Order Processing & Data Entry.
• Enter and manage export orders within the AS400 system (training provided).
• Verify product availability and allocations.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with internal departments.
• Monitor customer orders to ensure deadlines and cut-off times are met.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide invoice copies and order status updates.
• Handle customer concerns, delivery questions, routing inquiries, and key pick-up requests.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, Account Executives, Market Managers, and internal departments.
• Prepare and request required export certifications and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific export requirements and government regulations.
• Maintain accurate records related to export transactions.
• Partner with logistics teams to schedule and track shipments.
• Assist with shipment processing, invoicing, and follow-up activities.
• Support the entire order lifecycle from order entry through shipment and billing
