Overview
Customer Service Representatives contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring regular and proactive communications as part of the administrative management of contracts and orders. They act as the interface between customers, the Commercial Department, Programs, Production/MRO, Supply Chain and Finance. They help cascade contractual objectives and coordinate the orders management through to billing. They assist with the resolution of disputes arising from outstanding bills.
Responsibilities
- Interface between customers, the Commercial Department, Programs, Production/MRO, Supply Chain and Finance; cascade contractual objectives and coordinate order management through to billing.
- Assist with resolution of disputes arising from outstanding bills.
- Produce and/or use and/or complete reports and process indicators related to administrative processing of orders, delivery performance (OTD, SPT, TAT) and billing.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Knowledge: International sales (Incoterms, multicultural approaches, etc.)
- Working knowledge of English and/or other languages
- Logistics (export, customs, etc.)
- Taxation, accounts and financial (VAT, pricing management, etc.)
- Export control
- Civil and/or military regulations
- Sales contracts
- Soft skills: ability to work unassisted, diligence and methodical thinking, dynamic and proactive approach, ability to anticipate and adapt, excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, service and customer relations orientation, availability and flexibility, versatility, ability to manage priorities, cope with stress, good teamwork, and information synthesis
- Professional skills/know-how: management and ERP tools (SAP, Movex, etc.); customer portals (AirSupply, Exostar, In-Share, Aeroexchange, etc.)
