U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service—assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan technology to dispatch rentals. This on-the-job role includes training and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
