U-Haul International, Inc. seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company’s exceptional service. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

The role includes on-the-job education and opportunities to grow within the organization. Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment and fill propane when certified.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns from rental; educate customers about products and services.
