Job summary

U-Haul in Seattle is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to help customers with rentals and services at a busy center. You will use U-Scan technology to manage inventory and guide customers through rental processes.

Responsibilities include moving and hooking up trucks, inspecting equipment, preparing invoices, and educating customers on plans and add-ons. A valid license and HS diploma are required; on-the-job education and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and answer customer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment.
