Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Burien, WA to be the face of our service team and help customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and insurance details. You will operate U-Scan tech to dispatch and track equipment, assist with hitch installation, and ensure safety and accuracy in all transactions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and answer questions about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Assist with installing hitches and trailer wiring and propanes (certifications offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
