Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative at 5808 S 144th St, Omaha, NE to be the face of our friendly team. You will assist customers, explain products, and use U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.

You will move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and help with invoices and returns. A valid license and HS diploma are required, with safety training and ongoing U-Haul education provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside the store with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
