Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face assisting customers with products and services at our Leesburg location. You will use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, help move and hook up trucks, and ensure equipment is clean and ready for customers.

The role includes on-the-job education, opportunities for advancement, and a benefits package where eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Readiness to learn and use new technology to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring and fill propane (certification offered).
• Operate a forklift (certification offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
