Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service at our center locations. You will help customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment setup, using U-Scan tech to manage inventories and dispatch.

You’ll work on a supportive team delivering quick and friendly service. The role includes training through U-Haul University and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Educate customers regarding products and services and answer questions.
