Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team and assist customers with products and rentals at our stores. The role involves using U-Scan tech to manage rentals, moving and connecting trucks and trailers, and inspecting equipment for safety and readiness.

You will educate customers on offerings, prepare invoices, and handle returns while contributing to a supportive team environment and ongoing U-Haul education opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
