Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lake Wales, Florida to assist customers with rentals, inspect equipment, and support their journeys. You will use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, and you may participate in certification programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and ensure safety and readiness.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and handle returns.
