Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Palm Bay, FL to be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and related tasks. The role uses U-Scan technology to manage inventory and dispatch, and includes hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-facing customer service roles preferred.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Comfort with basic technology for rental management and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment, check fluid levels.
• Explain products and services and answer questions.
