U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our service team. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, help with rentals, inspections, and equipment returns, and use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage inventory.

The role offers on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operation (certification offered upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned.
