Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our service, helping customers with rentals and equipment inspection.

You will learn and use U-Scan technology to manage inventories and dispatch gear, while contributing to a safe, efficient on-site operation. The role requires a valid license and strong communication skills; training is provided for insurance, safety and device use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; clean and inspect equipment on the lot.
