Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers with U-Haul products, use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing invoices, and educating customers about our services. Certifications for propane, forklift, and other tasks are offered upon employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot; educate customers about products and services.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane filling and forklift operation (certifications offered on employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
