Job summary

U‑Haul in Overland, MO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with equipment, rentals, and inquiries. You will use U‑Scan tech to manage inventories, drive and hook trucks, and ensure safety with inspections.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. We offer on‑the‑job training, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U‑Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U‑Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
