U-Haul in University City, Missouri seeks a Customer Service Representative who will be the face of our service team, helping customers with rentals, inspections, and returns. You will use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory while assisting customers with questions about products and services.

The role involves moving and hooking up trucks, inspecting equipment, and maintaining a helpful, safety-conscious attitude. Training is provided on the job.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred.
• On-the-job education provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Educate customers on products and services and answer questions.
