Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our service team. You will help customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment setup, using U-Scan tech to manage inventory and processes, and ensure a smooth guest experience. Training is provided, and there are bonuses for milestones.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and on-the-job learning, with opportunities for advancement and benefits as part of a strong employee program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
