Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of its exceptional service. You will assist customers, dispatch equipment, and maintain gear using U-Scan technology, while supporting a team that values help on every journey.

Responsibilities include equipment inspection, invoicing, and educating customers on products, with ongoing training through U-Haul University. Flexible interviews and bonus opportunities are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with products and services.
• Manage rentals using U-Scan mobile technology.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and prepare equipment for rental.
• Prepare invoices and process returns.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Participate in U-Haul education programs.
