Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will help customers, dispatch and manage equipment using U-Scan tech, and participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in-store, moving and hooking up trucks, inspecting equipment, and handling invoices and returns. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment.
