Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its service and assist customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and education on our products. You will use U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment and help customers on-site and remotely as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, mobility of equipment, and ongoing company training through U-Haul University, with a strong focus on service excellence throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot.
• Explain products and services to customers; prepare rental invoices.
• Complete equipment checks and participate in U-Haul education.
