Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will help customers with rentals, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan tech to manage bookings and inventory.

Join a supportive team, gain on-the-job education, and advance through company programs. The role involves safety checks, loading, and occasional forklift operations with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/service environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and prepare equipment for rental, including safety checks.
• Provide accurate rental invoices and process returns.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
