Job summary

zTrip is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Fort Collins, CO. You will be the primary contact for passengers and drivers, delivering friendly, professional assistance and clear information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, transportation, hospitality, retail, or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain professional and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience with transportation, dispatch, or customer service software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Assist customers with ride information, service updates, and general support needs.
• Communicate clearly and accurately regarding schedules, trip details, and service changes.
• Create positive customer experiences through friendly, solution-oriented interactions.
• Assist drivers by providing trip information, operational updates, and service support.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to help ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and service details.
• Facilitate effective communication between customers, drivers, and internal departments.
• Support daily operational activities that contribute to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Address customer concerns and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work with internal teams to identify solutions and resolve challenges efficiently.
• Remain calm and composed during high-volume periods and unexpected situations.
• Help improve the customer and driver experience through proactive support.
• Share feedback and recommendations that contribute to service improvements.
