Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated Donation Center Associate to greet donors, process donations, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. You will assist with loading furniture, label outgoing items, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and follow safety procedures with professionalism and courtesy.

Regular attendance is required, you will cross-train as Barcoder and Processor Trainee to support growth, and you must wear a company uniform while delivering

Qualifications

• Must possess professional etiquette and greet every donor with a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow safety rules and wear PPE; keep donation areas clean and organized.
• Cross-training as Barcoder and Processor Trainee to support growth and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide a positive donor experience.
• Label outgoing Gaylords and maintain merchandise organization in production room.
• Assist customers with loading furniture or other items and obtain signatures on waivers when needed.
• Operate pallet jack, sit-down and standing forklifts safely; conduct daily safety inspections.
• Maintain clean, uncluttered work areas and report injuries or hazards promptly.
